Poke is the Island version of popular Japanese Sushi. Essentially sushi in a bowl. With our build-your-bowl style, we strive to provide you with the highest quality ingredients so that you can craft flavors to fit any tastebuds.
Flavored Shaved Snow
A treat for both the eyes and the tongue, our sweet desserts will have you coming back for more. We use flavored ice and a wide variety of toppings to create light and creamy desserts that won’t leave you feeling weighed down.
Specialty Beverages
We pride ourselves in our specialty drink options (Non-alcoholic). We serve a variety of milk teas with customizable sweetness and creamer options. Lee’s Vietnamese style coffee for an extra pick me up. Smoothies and slushes for a refreshing burst of flavor. We also have seasonal beverage options and even classic Hawaiian Suns for a little taste of the islands.

Mahalo and Welcome to Okashi Fusion!
“Okashi” meaning sweet treats in Japanese and “Fusion” in the sense of bringing together. In our shop, we have brought the top ‘ono grinds from our families to share with yours.
We opened in July of 2016 in the Nut Tree Plaza of Vacaville, CA. Driven by a love of good food and the desire to share with the community, we specialize in fully customizable poke bowl options, carefully crafted artisan desserts, and refreshing specialty teas and smoothies.
We are always evolving and open to great tastes, both new and old. Check in with us often to see what limited time menu options we have available!
